Personal data collected through emails under the data controller, the contact form, and the “Work with us” section will not be transferred or communicated to third parties, except when necessary for the development, control, and fulfillment of the stated purpose, in cases provided by law, and in specific cases expressly informed to the User.

SPECIFIC RULES FOR TICKET MANAGEMENT
Access and additional services management (such as beverage promotions, lockers, etc.) are services provided by third-party companies through their own platforms or applications, which act as Data Controllers for the personal data collected for the appropriate purposes. This relationship implies that, despite such services being advertised, offered, or accessible on websites owned by RepublicNetwork OÜ, the companies offering these services are responsible for ensuring the appropriate measures for the correct processing of personal data. Therefore, any exercise of rights by individuals regarding these processes must be directed directly to these third-party companies, and RepublicNetwork OÜ bears no responsibility.
